To place an order, please go to the page dedicated to the product you are interested in purchasing and hit the "Order Now" button. This will take you to your Shopping Basket. At that point, you may either "Continue Shopping" or "Secure Checkout."
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a refund. In order to qualify for a refund, you must:
- return the product within 30 days of the purchase,
- provide a sales receipt or packing slip, and
- provide a brief explanation for the reason the product is being returned.
All returned items must be in their original condition and not worn, torn, or damaged in any way.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. In addition, Captus, LCC is not responsible for any return packages lost in the mail. We suggest that you return any items via insured mail or similar method that will allow you to track the package.
In the event you receive a damaged item, we will be happy to replace the item at no additional cost or issue you a refund. In order to return a defective item, you must:
- return the product within 30 days of the purchase,
- provide a sales receipt or packing slip, and
- provide a brief explanation of the nature of the damage.
SALES TAX
If your item is shipped to an address within the state of Ohio, the applicable sales tax is included within the cost of the item. If your item is shipped to an address outside the state of Ohio, you are responsible for any applicable sales tax.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES AND RULES
For retail purchases, a standard shipping and handling fee of $4.95 will apply regardless of the number of books you order.
